Nick has over 20 years of experience leading process improvement projects in product development and other complex organizations.
He recently led the development of a BPM solution for a work request management process as part of a strategic sourcing initiative at a major global accounting firm. Nick mentored a combined team of Apex and IBM consultants to develop the solution utilizing WLE 7.2 and agile methodologies to meet a tight deadline imposed by a “busy season” launch constraint. The solution was launched on-time to approximately 15,000 users in the US, and several hundred more at offshore delivery centers, and successfully completed its first busy season with no major issues. The client has an expanding BPM program based on the success of this project, and is in the process of deploying the solution to a further 15,000 users globally.
